2020 GES recruitment: Mistakes to avoid when completing the application
The 2020 GES recruitment of the 2019 graduates from the College of Education (CoE) is ongoing however, there are mistakes you must avoid when completing the application.
Avoiding these mistakes will increase your chances of completing the process in faster , more accurate and better place you to get recruited.
Since the opening of the portal for the 2020 GES recruitment of the 2019 graduates for (CoE) many candidates have faced challenges and have attempted to seek clarification from colleagues on social media platforms.
Take a critically look at the following recommendations so that you avoid the avoidable mistakes.
Are you 2019 College of Education (CoE) graduate submitting your application to the Ghana Education Service (GES) for recruitment into service, then here is everything you need to know.
The Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced to recruitment new trained teachers who completed the College of Education in 2019 and have passed the Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE).

1. Carefully look at the information you enter as Bio Data and avoid errors. Cross check spelling mistakes in your (Your name, NSS Number, College Index Number, GTLE index number, SSNIT number etc)
2. It is possible to use the mobile phone but the best internet devices are the normal computers or laptops. You can visit a cafe or a friend who has and do your registration with it. If you still want to use the phone, you must at least enable the desktop version of the page on your phone and be extra careful and attentive.
3. Avoid taking pictures of the various certificates you are uploading. Instead scan them in a cafe or download an pdf scanning app on your phone for scanning them.
4. Make sure your sign on your GTLE CERTIFICATE where it is displayed holders signature at the bottom of your passport picture of your Certificate.
5. If the picture you are loading is bigger than the expected size, the system will keep rejecting it. To resize images go to Resize or Resizeimage to work on the image, download and upload onto the system.
By following these tit bits, you would be better positions to complete the registration without errors or reduce them as much as possible.
