The GES also indicated that date will be announced for the recruitment of other trained teachers who do not hold CoE diplomas.
This further clarified its position that the current recruitment is for solely 2017 and 2018 College of Education graduates. Teachers with degrees from the various education-related universities since the opening of the recruitment portal have questioned why the government continues to neglect them when it comes to recruiting teachers, although they obtained degrees in education from public universities.
