Friday 6th November not a Public Holiday – Ministry of the Interior
The Ministry of the Interior has debunked the assertion that Friday 6th November is a Public Holiday. It made this known in a press release sighted by Edulearnweb.

It disclosed that the day which is for the celebration of Ghanaian farmers is not a public holiday. The 20202 National Farmers’ Day which is celebrated every first Friday in December has been scheduled to take place a month early due to the 2020 general elections which takes place on 7th December across the country.
It added that the 4th December date for the farmer’s day celebration will be observed as a statutory public holiday and will be celebrated across the country.
