JHS graduates assembled car

Everyone is individual and institution is strategically positioning itself to get associated with Kevin Kruchang, the 18-year-old Junior High School (JHS) graduate who assembled a car himself. His achievement has brought excitement to all, including the Ghana Education Service and the Ministry of Education. 


The Ministry of Education has therefore given its support to Kevin Kruchang, the JHS graduate and his friends who assembled a car from scrubs. The MoE called on Kevin Kruchang and his friends during the week. In their interactions with the boys, they encouraged them to consider choosing  Technical and Vocational Schools (TVET)  and Programmes to choose during their school selection.

Some financial support and pledges were also made which when honoured would help the students to pursue technical and vocational education. The Ministry promised to keep track of the students and their progress to ensure that they achieve and realise their full potential in line with their talent.


At the end, the Deputy Minister, Twum Ampofo, was given a beautiful ride in the new invention by the students which had gone viral hours after the boys had completed their final BECE paper on the 18th of September 2020.


Determination, resilience, and focus played a critical role in pushing the youngsters to achieve this success In a related development, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kantanka Automobile, Kwadwo Safo Jnr has offered to mentor the young Junior High School (JHS) graduate who assembled a car himself.
