Teachers must boycott the Online Training by GES, KA technologies – ATAG
ATAG has called on all teachers in Ghana to boycott the Online Training by GES, KA technologies to register their displeasure.
All teachers must boycott the Online Training by GES and KA technologies is the latest call from the All Teachers Alliance Ghana (ATAG) to the chalk fraternity in Ghana. It believes this move will send a clear signal to the GES and related agencies about the displeasure of teachers regarding the online training which it has described as expensive and disrespectful.
“We ask every teacher to boycott this online workshop and insist on the original plan in the proposal agreed upon by the GES and the Teacher Unions.” It made the call in a press release copied to edulaernweb.
It further stated…
“We insist teachers must attend this training in person not virtual. The union added that the decision of the GES to undertake the training would be the highest robbery which will lead to the use of teachers GHS 150 million CPD allowance and pension money to organize online technical ICT training for teachers at a cost of GHS300.00 per teacher for three days.”
